● 蜘蛛類多樣性，包括物種及分布調查、生物多樣性資訊增修及基因條碼建置。
● 蜘蛛目之系統分類、親緣關係及族群遺傳研究。
● 農業地景及都市化對蜘蛛類多樣性、群聚組成、遺傳結構、生態行為之影響。
● 公民科學推廣。
